The Perth Chapter of ISACA is pleased to present its Annual Conference for 2010. The theme of the conference this year is entitled “Change for Growth” and is presented in Partnership with Curtin University.
The theme reflects the current economic environment and looks to offer opportunity, ingenuity and inspiration in maximising the benefit of IT in generating business ideas and capacity.

Professional Development Session: 16 June 2010 |
|
Register for the 16th June Professional Development Session entitled: Building a Quantitative Busines Case 101 to be presented by Liam Rowland from Curtin University.
The presentation will begin with an introduction to the fundamentals of risk analysis and management followed by a brief comparison of quantitative and qualitative risk analysis methods. Business Impact Assessments will be introduced as a method of identifying and valuing assets and their associated risks. Controls, countermeasures and safeguards will then be covered after moving on to look at business and security trade-offs.
